Summer checklist for skiers and snowboarders

We know that for some of you summer is just what happens between ski seasons and while others are out basking in the sunshine, you long for the days of cooler temperatures and snow reports. There are a few things that you can do to up your game during the offseason while you wait for the mountains to reopen. Here are some ideas borrowed from Snow Sports Canada's article 5 Things Recreational Skiers and Snowboarders Should Do In The Off Season.

  • Get an assessment

  • Work on flexibility and mobility

  • Try something completely different

  • Improve neck strength

  • Strengthen your glutes
