Funny how this past year has somehow felt very long and yet so fleeting at the same time.

What a year to finally have come to a close. The year included a renewed resurgence of clients seeking physiotherapy.

This November marked my 5 year anniversary working at Royal City Physio. I feel so grateful to be surrounded by an amazing team.
