This past year marks my second full year at Royal City Physio. It was another enjoyable year working alongside an amazing team.

It is such a healthy exercise to look back at where we have come from to launch us forward in our desired direction.

I joined the Royal City Physio team in the early months of 2021 and got right to work. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming.
