1. What are you most proud of accomplishing – professionally or personally – in 2025?
I’m most proud of all the patients, and I was able to graduate!
2. What’s your go-to piece of advice you found yourself repeating to patients this year?
An injury doesn’t have to halt movement, you just have to modify it.
3. If you could describe your year in one word, what would it be (and why)?
Learning - prioritizing refining and enhancing my skills and clinical reasoning was the biggest key to this year for me.
4. What’s one goal you have for your practice or professional growth in 2026?
To become more involved in the community!

Annual snow ball fight.

Elf’s younger brother.

Simrat is a UBC-trained physiotherapist with a strong background in both kinesiology and manual therapy. She blends hands-on treatment with targeted exercise programs to support recovery, strength, and long-term mobility.
