Did you know that peppermint promotes digestion? As one of the key ingredients in our featured smoothie, it's perfect after a heavy meal to get things moving. The scent of peppermint leaf is also known to induce energy and is quite invigorating making it the perfect early morning pickup before a long day of work or a workout session.

Coconut water is incredibly hydrating, which is perfect for the winter months when everything becomes so much drier. It replenishes electrolytes as well so no need to pick up those sports drinks, drink this delicious smoothie instead.

Another key ingredient in this smoothie is ginger which is also known to help with digestion and promote your metabolism. If you ever have an upset stomach, add some extra ginger to your smoothie to settle and even cleanse. It is also known to act as an anti-inflammatory.
