With Thanksgiving behind us and Halloween and winter festivities just around the corner, the amount of comfort food that will tempt you is at a great and torturing height. Wherever you look there's candy, pie and other delicious treats to gorge yourself with. And why not give in once and a while? We've got the perfect remedy to make your stomach feel anew!

Our Detox Green smoothie is bursting with vitamins, antioxidants and other natural ingredients to not only settle your rumbly tummy but to make you feel fresh and ready to face the winter cold and flu season.

What you'll need:



- Pear

- Ginger

- Lime

- Orange Juice

- Almond Milk

The steps:

1. Add spinach, banana, pear, ginger, lime, and orange juice together in blend with 1/2 cup of ice (for extra creaminess, skip the ice but make sure your ingredients are fresh from the fridge).

2. Add almond milk into mix and blend until smooth.

3. Enjoy your Detox Green smoothie!
