Quick and Accessible Hikes/Nature Walks in the Lower Mainland

With only a few weeks left of August, why not take advantage of this gorgeous summer weather and keep moving by getting in some fresh air exposure here's a collection of five hikes/nature walks in the Lower Mainland that will fit into your busy summer schedule, make you sweat and make you feel a bit adventurous. The best part? They aren't too far from home.

1. Admiralty Point

Location: Port Moody, Belcarra Regional Park

Length: 5 km
